The Own-A-Home product’s payment plan is directly linked to the project’s lifespan, where you pay at every milestone of the construction process. An ideal project lifespan usually falls within 12 Months
Milestone 1 – 30%:
Customers will make an initial deposit of 30% at the beginning of the project or at foundation level.
Milestone 2 – 35%:
A 35% will be paid 3 months after the initial deposit.
Milestone 3 – 30%:
30% in another 6 months from milestone 2.
Completion – 5%:
Balance of 5% at completion.
