Overview
The Home Builders Scheme is designed for land owners who wish to partner with us to build on their land and split Proceeds / Housing units according to an agreed sharing ratio.
Process
- Refin Homes carries out necessary due diligence on landed property and necessary joint venture agreement is signed with the land owner.
- Construction is done based on agreed housing proto-types and timelines for the project.

- The choice of location is subject to the request of our subscribers.
